I thought the speed limit on the Highways in Toronto was 90?
so 140 would be considered racing.
and you don't even have to be going that speed you can even just look like you are racing and they will gank you.
You are right tho people RARELY get pulled over on the highway unless they are really driving reckless.

the 400 and 401 have a speed limit of 100km/h. The QEW I think is also 100km, but I could be wrong. Not sure about the other highways in Toronto though.I thought the speed limit on the Highways in Toronto was 90?
