I would argue the opposite.
Do a search. Look at all the warez/torrent/crack/password trading sites that all appear top 100.
Do you think Google hasn't built their business on offering these kinds of sites to surfers, even at a premium it seems?
Would it not be very easy for google to penalize sites that have "warez" "cracks" "torrents" etc in their title tags, and all over their pages?
They don't. If they did, you'd make more money. We all would.
So help yourself honestly if you can't see this.
