That's why I said she is throwing around the term "racing" very loosely. No offense to her, but I'm guessing english is not her first language.
She also said this, which doesn't even make sense:
"yeah, now racing is limited to 150km/hr haha unless you want to lose your license and car on the spot."
She is obviously using the word "racing" in place of the word "speeding". As I said before, there is a big difference between speeding and racing. A car in front of her got pulled over for speeding. She wasn't actually racing that car.
130 km/h on a 100 series highway is in no way, shape or form RACING.
