Am I allowed to ask why AaronM's thread was locked?

I find it quote ironic that a thread started by someone gets suddenly closed when he decides to start posting in it again (probably too busy making friends at the show to check it out). I also find it funny that it gets mysteriously closed after he makes his final remark.

Honestly; that is one of the most pathetic showings of GFY moderation that I have ever witnessed!

Which ever mod closed that thread, can you please explain why it was closed?

gfy is what it is man. i dont ask why about anything anymore, i just enjoy the dysfunctionality that i will never be bored here. its a preschool with no supervision, and alot of people like it that way. part of the whole fun of it is that sometimes it just is what it is.

WTF does it matter? My actions of the sonofsam issue were well 100% justified time and time again but you are too fucking ignorant to understand basic business like that so why should anybody else try to justify anything to you after your complete failure to comprehend intelligent and legal business decisions?

Troll elsewhere...Threads like this also justify banning the person who starts them.

2 or 3 adult industry attorneys reviewed this issue many many months ago. They each told me that I had every right to do what I did and they each told me that I had a very strong case to go after SOS for additional damages. Then they each said that it would be worthless because getting a judgement against somebody who has nothing to collect from is worthless.

So....You think you know more about this case and the laws than these attorneys do?

Then after he gets a judgement against you for ripping off his money you could persue the license violation. Personally, I've learned not to trust everything a lawyer says. Sometimes you're getting sold a shrug.

Aaron, you seem like a pretty intelligent fellow but you fail to realize that there are a couple of people that post on this forum that are also savvy to the laws that regulate business. Hell, I wrote several papers on Copyright Law (you see, I went to college and have my MBA). I'm not someone that downloads legal docs from doIhaveAcase.com and uses 3 syllable words to confuse people. You know for a fact that a case like this has precedent and precedent is all SOS needs to file claim against you.

I don't know the entire story but from what you have posted and what SOS has posted; you are clearly in the wrong. If you want to hire a top-of-the-line defense team to defend you in small claims court , then so be it. Most people just provide statements and proof that you owe them money and in your case well...you have no case. You would lose hands down and don't step to me with your petty, "Wanna bet?" sophomoric comments. You know for a fact that you will lose and the more you talk the more I'm convinced that you know just what you've researched before posting.
