You need to get your facts straight, they agreed to not campaign not be on the ballot. She didn't break her promise either. She campaigned in neither state. She left her name on the ballot in MI, and both her and Obama left their names on the ballot in FL, as was allowed by the DNC. Clinton did "stopovers" in both states but help no campaign rallys or events.
