Yeah, the electric bill runs about $500 a month in the summer, but it's so worth it. Pool right out my back door. And no monsoon season like in AZ - Just year round sunshine.

We've got a good name with models. Bree Olson, Sunny Leone, Keri Sable, Faye Reagan, ect. ect. ect. have all come out here (multiple times). Lori, my production manager rocks! Plus, no filming permits since I'm not in LA County.

About 50% of the year round population is gay which is actually awesome. Makes for a very, very liberal city. Mayor is gay, Police Chief is gay, and over half the city council is gay. I guess if I was gay it would even be better, but I still benefit from the liberal attitudes of the gay population.
