    How do I edit / convert rar .cr2 files from my 20d?

                      tried the software already, couldnt figure it out. plus i am looking for the best recommended method, not the one that shows up #1 in the search engines

                              how do i open it in photoshop? it doesnt recognize the file for me. Using CS

                                  You need CS2 to edit 20D pictures, CS currently doesn't upgrade their RAW plugin.

                                  Time to upgrade to CS2 with the new RAW plugin. Thanks.

                                      What mackey said. If you are on a MAC you can use PREVIEW to open and convert them. I am not sure if there is a comparable program for windows. Might want to try graphic coverter from Lemke Software.
