Amsterdam is changing fast, Dutch government is trying to change their tourism to a more upscale demographice and started implementing changes when I lived there 2 years back. Just got back from a visit a couple of weeks ago and was amazed, they are buying up chunks of the Red Light and are going to eventually try and get the hookers out and get high rent housing in. If you want to see Amsterdam the way it is, I would check it out pretty quick because it's changing fast. Otherwise, I would recommend Croatia, it's fucking beautiful and will soon become overrun when people start finding out about it. The women are unreal. Madrid is also an insane party but you need to have a guide.
