    I have a fucking "peeping tom"!!!

    For the past couple weeks my wife and i been seeing a guy on the side of my house. every time I've seen him he runs off into the night. Yesterday i found a wallet right beside my garage door. The fuckers name is Chris Redford. The wallet was empty except for his id and some papers. One of the papers looked to be as if his mom wrote him a reminder note saying "Go to doctor and get your bi polar meds" so that has my kinda freaked out. The guy is 20 years old. So, we called the cops a little while ago to make a report and the fucking cop says we can NOT put a restraining order because we are not sure if the guy in the id is the same guy we been seeing outside. the only time we see him is after 9pm so we never had a real good look at him. GOD, you know the last fucking thing i need is some mental person to come in a rape and kill my wife and my 2 year old daughter.

    The thing that kills me is that we cant put a restraining order until I'm sure its him, which that wont be until someone gets hurt.

If you use infrared lighting then it won't be visible to him. If you're handy with electronics then install a perimeter beam (infrared laser) across your driveway, front fence etc so you're alerted when someone crosses it.
