    Hi,

    Any lawer or someone with good knowledge with DMCA here?

    Need some help on a copyright disput, i bought content from a company , i have a legal contract. But now another company claims they owns this material, which i know they dont do.
    Their lawers has sent an infrigment about it, how should i respond the official and legal way about this?
    Any help much appriciated.

      Get a Lawyer...

      Search on yahoo...intellectual property, trademark, and copyright lawyers.

      If you don't mind me asking, what two companies are involved in this?

                  I can´t name the companys now, but i will give you the full story when this is settled.

                  I have a lawyer looking in to this now.
