its illegal ... especially if you're shooting it here or are involved with thai people in any way.. if you just work on your foreign porn sites from within thailand, whilst technically illegal, as long as you dont go around telling everyone your line of work you're cool.... with that said, 98% of the ppl i know who shoot porn here or do webcam stuff have not had any problems with the law.
