Tried, have the licenses, support seemed good aside from Engrish, docs left much to be desired.
If it can be resold I will as I just do not like feel of it. Have paysite manager as well as the affiliate backend. Neither brought live. -
Thanks for the reply just the feedback i needed. With me being stupid on the server side and lack of docs like you just posted and a few other post i just read I think i will skip this and look for another cms.

Thanks in regards to telling me about the license change fee. I will probably go that route.
I am not knocking the product. I am just not a tech person and thus it is on the difficult scale for me. Otherwise it is a solid program and it does do what it says. I have had areas set up in a demo area and it all worked, I just could not alter things without calling a tech friend ect.Comment

I also have a license I never used...the support was timely and very nice, but they don't speak english well and are kind of stuck up when you don't understand them
btw, the manuals are HORRIBLE, and when you email support they almost always direct you to the place in the manual that is supposed to answer your question, but the english in the manual is so broken it is impossible to figure anything out

TampaToker - I realize our system is not in the same price range but if you want something that's extremely easy to use and will scale infinitely we offer a good alternative. We also handle the entire install and member area setup process so although we offer plenty of docs written in plain english it's possible that you won't ever need to read the manual.
