I only have a couple of small sites hosted with them, but I'm more than happy with them. Notice was sent out informing us of possible downtime:

so we were all forewarned. No problem. The world is not going to end because of 6 hours downtime.
From where I am all, all is working just as it should now and I expect it to. I've never had service or hosting as good as that I get from Naked before.
Show me a host that doesn't have downtime once in a while (that tell you beforehand), that offers as much as they do for the competitive prices they do.
