Ya back of brain recalled nestle had some cocoa nib product that was latter named smarties. Outer shell, less likely to melt chocolate inside with flavorings depending on shell color. Ok its official I read to much wierd shit to know this.

I think you made the same confusion as I did.
Yes we have the hard candy fruit flavored "chalky" smarties. We do not have the Nestle brand smarties. For some odd reason Nestle does not sell them in the US, then again I am not 100% sure why they still allow Hershy to make and distribute kit kat bars either unless that is some old school seriously long term or just very profitable contract.
