default editor is vi, some people get confused using vi, you can just set the env variable to pico for the editor if you use bash as a shell just EXPORT EDITOR="pico" then do it

easy way - put these lines in text file - upload to host and after this add file to cron. but note - you should use full phisical path to files everywhere for get all working.
how add this file:
for example you named text file with these lines cron.dat (create this file using usual notepad)
upload it to your host and then type in command line:
