To be honest that almost sounds impossible, not only in terms of payload weight, but delivering that on what kind of platform??
Yipes, Iran's facilities must be buried way way down.
The GBU-43 (MOAB) is the biggest one in the arsenal currently and that's only an 18,000 pounder.
Our biggest transport plane the C130 Hercules can only carry 45,000 lbs of cargo on 7 pallettes.
Thinking about it, that has to be either a misprint or a non-practical device test just testing a non-nuclear explosive mechanism.
No plane I'm aware of could transport a bomb with that much weight.
I live out by one of the bases. They are testing something now that will carry C130's in it.

Not sure if you are referring to the same thing, - but they do that shit near Tampa. It's basically a nuke "simulator" powered by batteries which release enough power for a short time, - enough to power the planet.Originally posted by tristan_Dwas is some time ago when they condusted and test that generated an unimaginable amount of electricity?
Some say this is progress. Others say it's total retard behavior from a load of paranoid freaks who think they have something worth defending. Meanwhile, a few miles up the coast there are thousands of people without decent basic shelter.

According to the army you won't see any mushroom cloud if you're not on the test site (which is over 1300 sq miles in size):
Washington Post StoryThe blast is not likely to be felt or heard outside the 1,375-square-mile test site, and the cloud of dust is expected to dissipate quickly from view, Morgan said. "They don't think people will see it in the base camp on the south end of the test site," he said.
Oh and according to the article the blast is equivalent to 593 tons of TNT.Comment

The latest here. Protests are rising. Fear of this bomb stirring up old radioactive contaminants in that area too. What bothers me is whenever the drop one of these big fuckers an earthquake shows up elsewhere.
