            dude, I have been arrested 7 times in my life, I have a criminal record. Like I said before, I own everything around me, in my name, and it has not caused any drama in my life....and I have been arrested on some pretty serious shit too man

                her site is just like any other site that does illegal or taboo shit, it is the drama behind the scenes that makes it so popular...take away the illegality of it, the crowd surrounding it lessens

                            just out of curiosity tony, why do you say people are living in a dream world...what may seem wierd or mischeivious to you, may just be another day in the life of someone else on here....and what may work for them, might not work for you...but it is not a "dream world"...and if someone is willing to take risks and fun living life while doing it, what does it matter?

                            as for the police and jail thing..I know multimillionaires that are convicted felons....the whole "jail ruins your life" thing is just a myth..the only thing you can't do is buy a gun when you are convicted of a felony

                                                                                    I admire you Melissa, but I truly think you're heading down a dangerous and risky path that will take you into an eventual nightmare legal situation.

                                                                                    There's nothing wrong with standing up for your rights, but you're not in an advantage position of strength on this because you're in a state that is loaded with old fashioned minded people who are vehemently opposed to pornography.

                                                                                    If you ever end up actually being arrested and charged with something serious and have to go before a local jury, unless you get extremely lucky, odds will be those 12 people aren't going to look positively on your position and business being in their community.

                                                                                    The other thing you have to be very aware of is that you're telling your local law enforcement to go fuck themselves. I've dealt with and known a lot of guys in law enforcement and the one thing you can do to really piss them off is to tell them to fuck off. It just doesn't sit well, because they do consider themselves the law and sometimes above the law.

                                                                                    All you need is one rogue cop to get on a mission to nail you good and they can do anything. They have unchecked power and access to fuck up your world. You could end up in a situation with narcotics planted in your house, car or studio. Then it won't be a ticket, and you'll be stuck in a court jury trying to prove its not yours.

                                                                                    At this point its clear they are out to get you one way or another. And it doesn't sound like it's going to stop until they do.

                                                                                    And having the kind of money you're making I'm sure just makes them more determined.

                                                                                    Like Tony said above, you're playing with fire.

If I wasn't set pretty much already I may not be stretching the envelope so much. Before I started doing this I was working with Annuities and I was training all of our new employees and I was only 21 years old. I am not worried that a couple misdemeanors will stop me from getting the right job. In less then 2 years I will have enough money put away to never have to work again if I don't want too. I have been smart and invested most my money. Melissa

He got too greedy and started using his investor's money that was supposed to fund mortgages, to finance small businesses that he took 100% ownership in. He was figuring he could make enough money by making loans with the companys funds to himself to pay it back easily and no one would be the wiser. Problem was some of the businesses he bought lost money and he wasn't able to pay back the loans. It snowballed into a lot of other crazy moves. The investors who ended up losing over $50 Million got wind of his charades and went after him with a vengeance on a mission to totally destroy him.

                                                                                                                                                                    Sheriffs showed up at his mansion with a moving van during the final days of his legal mess and the investors used the judgement they won to take everything he owned. They even took his wife's clothes out of her closet. All their jewelry. All their pictures. Their bed. Everything was gone except for the clothes on their backs and an empty house.

                                                                                                                                                                    Then the shit hit the fan after the civil case, the investors got the Feds involved and they prosecuted him criminally and the jury convicted him.

                                                                                                                                                                    Now he's sitting in a Federal prison with a 17 year sentence. His wife left him. He won't be able to be a father to his young daughter again till she's almost 30.

                                                                                                                                                                                    i support melissa. this isn't about pissing the police off. this is about her being harassed, and targetted for what she does. this is a public nudity issue. melissa is well aware of the law, she has lawyers. the law states that whatever you use to cover up your areola, must not be transparent and must cover up the nipple. that is what this is about.

                                                                                                                                                                                    how many people actually watched the video before posting? i guess you missed the part where they forced melissa into a private setting to bare her breasts. she adamantly told them beforehand she wanted someone from her security detail with her, which they refused over and over again. i guess when they were planning this raid, they couldn't include a female officer to take care of that section. how would you feel if a male police officer led your wife/girlfriend/daughter into a private setting, refused anyone to be with her - a point she raised beforehand - then asked her to show him her breasts. does that sound procedurally correct to you?

She knows what she's going to do regardless what I or anyone else in here says..

                                                                                                                                                                                            although it may sound extreme, was rosa parks picking a fight with cops when she refused to sit in the back of the bus? melissa is just trying to live her life. she doesn't knowingly break the law and invite the cops in trying to take them to battle. the cops dont like her and are doing nothing more than using basic intimidation - the same thing we see the police get blasted for on the news multiple times a year. everyone here knows this goes on, except this time its caught on video.

They are harassing her - that should be a good clue as to what may be ahead for her. If Melissa wants to be a martyr in Nebraska that's fine - but somebody close to her should advise her the grief she may have to deal with.

                                                                                                                                                                                                    she gets it. she gets it loud and clear. melissa understands, she's no dummy. she fully understands the situation. some support would be nice, telling her to run scared is not support, although it certainly is a viable option, an option that im sure she has readily considered.

                                                                                                                                                                                                    melissa feels violated and is fighting back. she's not running away, she's confronting them. the option to run away is there, if thats what you would choose to do (i wouldn't blame you), and if thats what she would choose to do, i would support it as well. i support all her decisions, but unlike the majority of people here, i don't think she is making the wrong decision, and i will support her no matter what.

                                                                                                                                                                                                    i guess you don't believe in fighting for individual rights. but melissa does, especially when she has been violated and it has been recorded. as for the fear of obscenity down the road, last time i checked, they sell playboys in the local stores over there.

                                                                                                                                                                                                        Melissa is trying to sell a reality TV show - maybe that's why she wants to fight this in public - and if that's what she wants to do then she should do it - - but knowing she may be in for alot of crap.
