Then the argument comes up of why be apart of the UN if a nation cant act upon its own resolutions that the UN agreed to, so the process starts all over. If this is the case than every country apart of the UN cant even act upon there own governments wishes, then your not following your own countries constitution, laws and/or right to wield power of any kind.
