However some say following UN resolutions is unconstitutional and illegal.

As far as claiming G.B. started an illegal war, go read resolutions 687, 1441 and 678. It clearly states military force is suspended but did not terminate the authority to use force under resolution 678. The 678 resolution refers to resolution 1441 that the UN security council gave Iraq 'a final opportunity to comply with its disarmament obligations' and warned Iraq of the 'serious consequences' if it did not.

If you still want to contunie on with your "stuck on stupid" theroy of Bush's illegal war be prepared to send John Kerry, Joe Lieberman, Dick Gephardt & John Edwards and some 30 other democrats to the gallows as well seeing how all of them blocked hearings of a federal lawsuit against President Bush and Secretary of Defense, Donald Rumsfeld filed by Bonifaz in Feb-Mar of 2003to prevent them from waging war under resolutions 687, 1441 and 678.
