Isn't that the natural way of doing biz these days.. They will put some small time spammer away for 20 years claiming he's big time but only makes maybe a few 100k a year if lucky.. Then you have these guys that just buy their way out of any touble.

However don't expect all content providers to follow the same route. Many are hurting from this recession in business. Most are losing sales. So will they sell if it comes to the crunch because others will not buy?

Very few are buying non exclusive or even custom content today, content providers are hurting. But not one person thought that maybe this made it inevitable some content providers will sell to anyone on any deal.

I'm trying to keep it non personal and talking about people as a whole so maybe you could do the same.

Are you asking content owners to not sell content to a company that may damage you. If so what are you going to do in return?

As for long term, if someone is faced with bills that need to be paid short term, long term is not a consideration. If someone is going out of business, maybe because of your actions, do you think that person will stop and think about the result of a sale will effect you. Or even care?
