sounds like you hit the nail on the head. mind you trying to live with a couple is a major fucking pain in the ass. i got duped into moving in with a couple friends who were looking for a roommate over the summer. i made it perfectly clear i would not move in if they were fucking as it was bound to be a disaster, and i don't like living on thin ice. they swore to god they weren't. first day i moved in they were at it, and i fucking lost it. eventually i just dealt with it , but after a couple months they were at each other's throats, buddy said some shit and next thing you know we're both kicked out on our asses...
now that i think of it, i wish i'd jerked off into their milk...
