Umm I fail to see why their parents should be beat in this instance. Normally I am all for beating parents, this time however nah... The youngest was 16, typically an age where they can go out, do shit, and not have parents know.

This is weird shit Tony - not because of the "offenses", but more to do with the sanity of those instigating "child pornography" charges.

By the nature covered in the article (assuming that is all there is to it), it's hardly a matter for criminal prosecution - more a family matter and some guidance.
