                      No. That is actually a email from the programs Nats system telling them a sale was made through that processor. it will be paid by the program.

                                                          well, i've talked to him pretty consistently on icq, and usually it's tomorrow you'll have payment, or next week, or in 3 days, or in 6 days, or wire will send this weekend, or western union sending in a week, etc etc

                                                          ..been going like this consistently for about a year, and now i havent got a reply on icq for about a month

Most of the time he acted like a glorified post whore and then he would react negatively whenever anyone made any comments about his photography.

                                                                                                                              All I know is from life experience when someone makes excuses like "you'll have it tomorrow etc etc" and keeps using those excuses you may as well kiss your money goodbye and move on.

                                                                                                                              I see him trying to sell content on other boards, hope he uses whatever money he gets from that to pay off his debts. I think its pretty much a safe bet that no one is gonna be interested in anything he is involved with again.

                                                                                                                                                                          I would imagine it was the fact he went with a 3rd party system and decided to make the affiliate payments himself. One of the good things about promoting sites via CCBill is you know the owner isn't going to miss manage "your" money.

                                                                                                                                                                          Not meaning a 3rd party billing system is a bad thing, but it can be if the owner(s) aren't responsible businessmen.
