    Political Thoughts.....

    Dick Gephardt announced he's running for President, if he whens the Democratic nomination, in the 2004 election it will basically come down to, "Do you like Dick, or Bush?"

    A question I know a few of you have pondered on here before...

                      The bad thing I think could happen is people might make a change just for the sake of making a change. I think that was the case in 1992. Clinton won with only 43% after perot took a lot of the conservative vote.

                      Kerry seems to have been annointed to be the guy, but I think hes too far left. He was also promoted as being a jfk type, a massachusetts irish catholic, when it turns out hes not irish and his grandparents are jewish.

                      I think the democrats only chance is if they have a repeat of 92 where a third party candidate takes a lot of the conservative vote.
                      Ever notice that pretty much everything added to the Constitution after the original was a mistake.
