I realized this is not for me...first Im too lazy to develop those domains, second, I don't want to wait until they pay off from the type-in traffic revenue. I rather play with the money in the stock market.

I'm not a domain appraiser, so I'm not a top authority but I would be very surprised if you get your 3500 Euros for ShyTeen.com. An appraisal is an estimated value, the real value is what someone will pay for it.

1) Buy domains that get some type-ins.
2) Decide this isn't for you.
3) Get domains appraised at more than you paid for them. (Yipee)
4) Try to sell domains at appraised value on GFY.

Do I have the business plan right?

Yep, I'm flat broke. But I could always try to sell my 100 plus domain names at appraised value which would let me retire.

If you would go out and get a real domain appraisal instead of the SEDO autogenerated ones for $39 you might have a little more interest - and a little better accurate picture of what they are really worth - keep in mind that a real domain appraiser is going to ask a hell of a lot more to do a true valuation - just so that you dont get your hopes up too high based on those appraisals.

I have not a problem to ask other appraisal companies, too. Have any special in mind?

btw I have no hopes...if I dont sell, I just let the domains lie on sedo and they will make me steady cash. Since its also type-ins domains. Im not in need of cash to sell them underpriced.
