A quick whois check on the .com by attaching "lightspeed" to this name, registered since 12/27/07, redirecting to the Lightspeed hosted TGP.
Your linkcode won't work so far, but the "main." subdomain used in all Lightspeed linkcodes redirects to the Lightspeed hosted TGP as well.
So, I'd say the odds that this is already her official name are pretty good...
