    hello all iam just gonna throw this out there. Iam starting a website and i was wondering where is the safest place to get images? do you have to have permission for every image? and what if i torrented a pack with porn and it didn't have any labels on it and i put in on my site would that be illegal. basically whats the deal with images

          it's safe to assume everything is already covered under someone elses copyright... because unless someone specifically opens the rights up to what they've created, they are automatically protected.

          if you're going to use images of tera patrick, get in touch with a website that promotes her website, and use the images that have specifically licensed for promotion.

          but. steer clear of posting anything you don't have rights to - the legal ramifications are quite close to a royal assfucking with razor blades.
