Firstly in regards to affiliate support, don't make me laugh... We have a dedicated team which look after and nuture our affiliates including free design work, programming, SEO optimization, keyword generation, site reviews etc etc... I have lost count of the number of affiliates which moan to me about your support and this thread is testimony to just that! I only see positive posts from yourself. So by setting up the business to run efficiently I do not have to spread my team between several different roles.

I don't want to tell you how to run your business but chargebacks occur in general either that the customer did not receive his goods or that he was not satisfied with the products.
