Well for starters can you identify why you think you are depressed? Did a recent event happen that made you feel this way?
Another place to look at is your diet and activity level. You may think that these things are not a big factor but I will tell you that they honestly can make a huge difference in the way a person feels or will react to stress or life.
I know you are up in CA and I will bet it has not been very sunny there for a while. Some people get seasonal affect disorder. Look into getting some Vitamin D from a tanning salon.
Supplement with high dose Fish and krill oils. I use Dr. Sears Zone Brand. Eico-RX 8 caps per night before bed.
Start going to the gym and doing some cardio. Clean up the diet and do all these other things and tell me you don't feel a little better after a month or so.
