Currently what my client has is this managed hosting from Jupiter Hosting.
Take a look at charges and tell me if my client is being ripped off or what.

The site has a member's area with Flash streaming video (700kbit/sec quality).
We are setting up affiliate program and going to promote it so we want to be able to accomodate the traffic coming.
Any advise will be much appreciated.
