My Band On Tour

If anybody gives a shit, Lives in New York, and likes pretty decent punk rock music, come check out my band, The Carbonas, in New York This Coming Weekend...We're braving the fucked up highways, coming from Atlanta.
Friday the 21st---Brooklyn - @ "the Local"
Saturday the 22nd---Manhattan - @ "Siberia"
Maybe more shows after that, not sure.

And no, we don't sound like fucking NOFX or any of that gay pop-punk bullshit, so if you're into to that garbage, you probably shouldn't bother...It's more like early pagans/zero boys/dwarves stuff.

Note: There are like 4 or 5 other bands called "The Carbonas"
But all the other ones are really bad and poppy.

Man, turbonegro is playing in Atlanta sometime in March, actually, it's in Athens ( 1 hour outside of Atlanta) but of course I'm gonna miss the show because we'll be on tour again.

I'd give a nut to see that show...I used to be pretty in to them, don't listen to it much any more, but fuck I'd love to see those motherfuckers play...

Have you seen that documentary on them?

Too bad you are missing it. Must be a great fucking show.

I have been into Turbonegro for a couples of years now.
The early stuff kicks ass. And Apocalypse Dudes jsust blows
me away. Being a musician myself, the production of that
record, and the recording is out of this world.

I was promised a copy of the documentary from
the guys at Blitzcore, but never arrived.

Hey, man, maybe you would consider putting the MP3's up somewhere besides mp3.com, at least for some of us at GFY. I'm interested in hearing your music but I am not filling in any more fucking forms. I can't go five minutes on the internet without some asshole wanting my name, location, age and email address. I already get like 400 spams/day and I don't need any more.

Fuck, bandwidth is an issue for me right now, I'm piggybacking on a friend's server, I've got no bandwidth to burn....MP3.com does suck serious ass, though....I just fill in garbage when they ask.

Use a fake email address like I do every time. You actually give people your real email address? I use an old roommates email that I dislike. Whenever I see an email box, I plug in his email. I cant imagine how much shit mail he must get a day.

BTW the date for the next full release is December 2003.
We still have to do a shitload of recording work for
compilations, samplers and tribute CD´s.
(we will be into a local Ramones tribute, doing a violent
version of "I know better know") and of course "Beta Motherfuckers" Turbonegro tribute.

I fill in bullshit whenever I can, but many of them mail you passwords and stuff, now. The bigger issue is I am sick of people "requiring" me to give them information that is none of their business. I am simply tired of filling out forms. I could maybe see giving them an email address for access, but whenever I see a form with more than one field and the words "All fields are REQUIRED" I just close the browser and move on.
