Looks like they had the beginnings of a supercar, then they decided to let a 17 year old Asian kid do the finishing touches with stuff he purchased out of an APC catalogue.

Seriously, it almost looks like someone is playing a joke here by placing that scoop on the roof and those rear view mirrors on the side.

I assume the engine is rear mounted and the roof scoop is functional at least?
