I talked to dozen of people on the phone where they say they didnt get one or more mails I send, and it turned out that they where in a spam folder somewhere, with spamarrest that would have been avoided as I could simply have approved myself ont he reply I got

Like I said, spamassassin is the way to go. It requires NO extra steps from either party. It's not perfect but it does an excellent job. Maybe 10 spams a day get through to my inbox. That is a bearable number to me. I do agree that everyone who uses email needs some kind of system to deal with spam. Spamarrest makes no sense to me though.
