Manhattan Beach is awesome... there is that little stretch where the boardwalk veers away and gets rid of the tourists from Venice Beach and gorgeous women feel comfortable enough to sunbathe topless... it is like a little slice of paradise in the pavement called Southern California...

Thats the South Bay in LA man where i grew up surfing!
I'd say could be anywheres from Hermosa Beach to Manhattan Beach or maybe even El Porto.
