Here's how stupid I am:
I have already put up links etc. and started sending traffic..... Then (for some weird reason) I decide to check the terms of the program. I usually just have a quick check of them to make sure it's just the standard blurb.
And what do I find? http://www.erasercash.com/terms.htm excludes any webmaster outside the US & Canada need to jump some hoops before they can join. I have no idea why this is. Whatever happened to a list of banned countries? It's not like Erasercash pays by clicks. And why not put those very unusual conditions on the signup page??
Anyway - I just wanted to warn any other non-North American webmasters to get pre-approval before you start sending traffic. Then again, I'm probably the only one who made this mistake.
I'd appreciate a quick turn-around on the preapproval, btw.

We don't want the credit card fraud kiddies from the UK, etc. like the problems LAMike is having.
We just want to make sure that you have a real site with real traffic sources. We want to see something like a counter ranking, TGP or SE listings, etc. to prove that you get real traffic.
We meant to add some language to the signup page, thanks for the reminder.

If you're outside of North America and in the AP program in good standing, you're preapproved.
If you're outside of the US, and we don't know who the fuck your are, then we want to know that you have a real site with real traffic, and aren't a credit card scammer.
Dude, any busboy in London can collect credit card numbers. Overseas credit cards are many times not address verified. US and Candadian ones are. Just look at why the FTC went after RJB: webmaster fraud.
