some people seem to forget the whole point here .. if we dont kill the seals , then we will have no fish and only seals that nobody likes to eat..
Nobody wants to see people being cruel. Cows and chickens arent exactly treated like royalty , so its one thing to say " we shouldnt beat seals with sticks" its a whole different thing to say we shouldnt kill seals or baby seals period..
Guess what baby seals grow up into big seals that eats lots and lots and lots of fish..
In a perfect world the seals and fish would coexist , but due to our own OVER fishing, there are species that wouldnt be able to exist if we didnt keep the seal population at a reasonable level..
Personally even though many animals are treated cruel , i dont think we need to be clubbing baby seals to death , there must be a more humane way to do it.. but not a reason to ban seal cull'shatisblack at yahoo.comComment
