For starters your affiliate program design isn't great.
The designs of your paysite tours are even worse. Extremely plain, plus they all look very similar. The scene descriptions are horrible.
Adult Copywriters can help with that.
I did not enter the affiliate program because I am not signed up. But the overall layout looks very poorly done. The Home page should talk a bit more about the program. There is not much text on the frontend at all, not enough marketing to get webmasters interested.
I'm sure there are plenty of other areas that need help as well, but this is what first came to mind.
