He is sending mostly SEO traffic from free sites. Our keywords are not saturated yet, there is still room around screensavers, wallpapers, sexy hot babes and bikini stuff.

We're sharing the income 50/50 with him so he gets what is in the "Webmaster" colum. Thinking of how you make per signup does not make a lot of sense here as we let client free to buy "a la carte". Making $150 per signup sounds good but amkes no sense if you need to send a ton of traffic to get that sale. He is making over $0.33 per click send.

No, I know it's all about the $ per click, I count that way my self, I just wanted to know if he was getting the total or just the webmaster, ofcourse I was fairly sure he was getting the "webmaster" income but just to confirm

My take on it is softcore stuff tend to convert surfers that are newer to the thing and they tend to refund/chbk more than the average (caught by wife, not savy enough to use the thing etc). Does not change the bottom line much, still very very profitable ;)

desktop strippers is on my list of things I can never get any of my members to buy, I try every year or other year along with a list of other things.

been trying unsuccessfully since 1997 to get people to buy:

1. Penis Pills
2. XXX rentals
3. DVD VOD sites
4. Anything with a token system
5. any Mainstream upsell.
6. Sex Toys/DVD via snailmail.
7. Privacy software (those old history erasers, I was the only one not making 5 figures a month selling them in 1999-2000.

Maybe I'll try desktop strippers again, hard to dismiss it without trying it again this year. ICQ ya in a sec rex for some tips.

I don't want you to waste any traffic. Keep in mind this is softcore stuff. If your surfers are looking for something to jerk off on, they're not going to be thrilled by any softcore stuff like that. The way to promote it is either to build traffic that matches the subject or to add small buttons on pages to do some extra cash out of the small percentage of surfers that will be interested then. It's a good addition to any porn page because it does not compete with the rest of the orn products, but don't use it to replace any main porn sponsors if your traffic is all about that. Now if you have anything remotely connected to screensavers, wallpapers...hehe

ok, just pulled a small period from our backoffice, that's all traffic together, to give you an idea. Now the closer you are to screensaver, bikini and hot babes,the better you'll do.

Second thing, there is a day or two delay before the guys buy after they install the software. Keep in mind that we are sending a new girl, for free, to their desktop, every day, till they can't resist to see one spreading for them. right, I have softcore free sites I promote it on, a few I've tried em on were amateur softcore, and the others are "erotic nude art" met-art kinda softcore. I don't have any mainstream sites to stick it on, but I do own some "icon" domains, maybe I should develope it.. I dunno.
