Your wire has been lost because your data missed the bank name from what I read on the ticket. Its 100% our fault we didnt contact you and it was due to the heavy payout through the wires recently and we have just missed that it doesnt have the bank name. Your wire was just stuck in the bank. I am very sorry for the issue and it was for a first time we missed a payment in such a way since our first payout in 2001. We will set your payout on higher % for march to compensate the mess.
