So i still want to hear from more people about this...how far i can go in describing teen galleries and teen sponsors!

My Question is also (or more) about my own new TEEN TGP which i am building.
galleries submited to my TGP will be given a description ( Teen - Asian - Softcore - etc..) would the word Lolita and or Shoolgirls description of a gallery submited to me be wrong or illigal or ... ?
( ofcourse i will not list/approve galleries that are actually lolita or under 18 content !)

Using the words is not illigal as long as the girls are 18+.
But I would use "Teen" instead of lolita, young teens etc.
Some big sites use it (easypic.com) but I think you make more friends with using "Teen".
easypic.com has in their "keywords" words like pre-teen, incest, rape and more of that.
Not illigal but I wouldn't be happy to get visitors on my site that are looking for such things.

I think we need to think about how the meanings of words change with usage. For example "teen gallery" to me means a young, attractive girl with no implants and not dressed like a hooker. Whether she's 24 doesn't really matter to me.

The word lolita actually means an underage girl, but since we're mostly businessmen (and women) I'm willing to bet very few of us would consider using underage galleries on our sites. So the real moral dilemma is will we use a word meaning CP to mislead the surfers, even if it ties us superficially with CP (which could easily bite our asses).

I run a teen site, as defined above, and I don't use the word lolita in it. I don't think that means that Dre or any of the guys mentioned in the other thread are more likely to post CP than I am. I just choose to distance myself personally from those ideas.

I'm all for the idea of CJ's using tactics like this, if you're going to completely fuck over a surfer with heavy popups and sneaky dialers - who better than a pedophile? There's a little justice in there.

Are you wanting to make money or planning a hair splitting session. Use them all, Lolita, Young Girls, School Girls because they are all part of the fantasy world. As long as your content and sponsors are legal there is no problem whatsoever.

If you have models that are 18 or over but look only 16 use them because they will convert like crazy !!! We never use amateur teen models that look 20 in our content, teens is what the visitor is expecting and teens is exactly what he gets.

The answer to that is easy --- Why not just not approach the line at all? Stay legal, make sure all of your own models or those shown in pics you post are all 18+ and you'll not only have less headaches over time, but you'll feel much better about yourself as well. Making money is great, but there are other ways of making money than off of ad copy that is synonymous with child porn.

One example of a TGP with class is Richard's Realm, here's the breakdown over there as I see it:

Traffic: Good, 5-7k per day
post time: excellent, I've been listed in under an hour, 1-2 days at the worst of times.
Keywords NOT allowed: Lolita, teen. There are tons of other banned words, but I know of these two for sure. That's right, he doesn't accept the word "Teen". Young lady is okay though. I've never tried to punt the word "lolita" past Richard, but I know he won't list galleries using that word.

Like others have said, "lolita" is a word that is frowned upon by many many sites and tgp's, I choose to avoid use of that word on my sites anyway, I don't much care for it's implications. I do use "Teen" though, except at sites like RR, Yet I avoid using the term "young teen". But again, I make 100% maximum efforts to ensure that whatever models I'm using are 18+, always.

Yes it's free speech. Even using cp tagged keywords is free speech. But even freedom has it's limits, and with increased freedom comes more responsibility not less.

I plan on doing this long term. I'm not in this just to make the quick buck by any means necessary.

We as individuals each have our own path to follow and cannot dictate what path you must take. But remember there are consequences to each and every decision we make.

One thing I've learned in my short time on this earth, it is not about making the big decisions that truly affect our destiny. This is not t.v. or a movie, but real life. Rarely are you going to have to make the decision tantamount to pulling the plug on your wife as she lies in a coma on a bed in General Hospital.

However, it is about the small decisions. The ones we make every other minute that can lead to our success, failure, even death. You know the ones, like taking a different route to work that day and ending up in a car wreck.

I personally don't see anything wrong with the term "barely legal."

It defines that it is "legal." Could be they are 18 years old for only 5 minutes, but by law they are legal. The term does not imply that you might find illegal content there, just young women.
