The idea has potential, I wouldn't waste too much time on each one, but if any of the girls is able to build up a fanbase, get her URL on TV or anything similar, you could hit a little jackpot.
Certainly better than a one time charge for a little design and install job.
100 uniques is bad, but it doesn't mean a site like this can't grow, there are personal diaries getting well over 50k hits a day, girls talking about their everyday life, sexual stuff, not really adult, no explicit pics. One I recently found is a blogger blog without ads and PR7...
