Usually a bad idea to start a paysite unti you go through the Kwang Chai Kane [obscure Kung Fu reference] 4 steps of adult webmastering

1) TGP mastery
2) AVS mastery
3) Free Site mastery
4) Index page mastery

Regardless, if you are going the pay site route, make sure your program is publicized and it helps to have a webmaster referral program as well. A good payment processor that allows for webmaster 2 tier referrals is ibill, although I suspect ccbill and others have this feature as well.

Buying adspace at webmaster boards for your program may be a good idea as well.

Once you have the webmaster on your icq,
email etc, make sure you thread them with
respect, that's some they really like.

If they like your attitude, they might join
join program. When the affiliate has trouble
with your webmaster program, make sure you
fix it..

You might not need anyone else to promote it. Not all paysites follow the same model. Find the best route for your paysite and follow it.

Man, all said up there sorry (please anyone take NO OFFENSE at all) is bullshit.

Why? Cause in the net the competiotion is so fucking high that Your advertising skills ,various marketing and "name recognition" are first things smart paysite owner may put in his ass.

There are TWO things about sponsorship program which are vital.
They both come out of a very very very simple idea: in the net of high competition the only thing which matters is the quality of product.
For a paysite with a partnership or sponsorship there are two perspectives from a reselling webmaster's point of view of the word "quality":

1. You must sell GOOD.
2. You must ALWAYS pay.

Now if You got those two points - You may fucking forget about all the boards in the world - a simple ICQ will FINALLY sometime bring You Your resellers cause the only two things they really care about are: making as much as possible and getting it into THEIR hands, not someone else's. That doesnt mean advertising wont help. It means only that the key is quality really , rest should be considered as helpfull minors really.

That easy. You have a good product? Fine, if You advertise it heavy You become popular fast, if You dont - less fast but gives You time to gather experience though. You have a bad product? Well , nothing in the world will help...
