I could see a small program with a couple hundred webmasters or less catching something like this. But for the really large companies with tens of thousands of webmasters i can understand how things need to be automated and stuff like this could happen. Why did you wait so long to send in the paperwork and why you using fedex? it only gets the check to you a couple days sooner. I would only go by the phase " this chathost is clickcash compliant" that you see on the bottom of their pages. When you do the uncensored picpost you will see more compliant ones then not, but i still think there is some of the non compliant ones on the uncensored picpost.
