On one of the banners at the top of PimpWar has a guy on a green background, I forget what ad it's for, but the guy looks just like you. LOL
The images is of the guy sort of yelling, like an angry type of yell.

Last month (July) i had a very bad ratio of 1:738 ;-(
It use to be better, more like 1:360 for TGP traffic.
