    Will NastyDollars sue me?

I was wondering if it'd be legal to save the NastyDollars hosted galleries to my HD and reup them for submitting or use on my TGP or if it would be legal to use those galleries as templates for their free pic sets.

Just tryin to stay outta jail before I do anything.

i usually like to host the hosted galleries myself. they won't have any problems with it unless you start promoting other programs. they'd rather you pay the bandwidth

It''s better to ask the people from ND first! It's never a good idea to do anything you are not sure of, without a sponsor's permission.

Thanks, I thought they'd rather me use my own bandwidth. I was going to e-mail but I figured I'd get a quicker response on here. I'm pretty sure I've seen alot of people doing this but I just wanted to make sure.

if it is a no no, i would be blown away. that would be the case with any sponsors hosted galleries.

Dude why would they list your galleries when they could just use the exact same gallery and keep the signups for themselves.

You're wasting your time if you do this, legal or not.

As long as you advertise them they don't care..They also have a host you can put gallerys you make on as long as it's advertising them..You can also make a gallery and upload it to your host and hotlink Vids from their server on it as long as it's only advertising them..Email Ernesto and he'll tell ya the same thing..
Example..My gallery on a Freehose with Pix and Vids, pix are on the Freehost and Vids are linked to Nasty

No one will accept those galleries on your server or not. Like DH said, they'd just use the hosted gallery themselves if they're not already.
