I woke up in bed earlier and couldn't get back to sleep - I lit up a Cig (disgusting I know) and all of a sudden the house starts creaking and the floor starts moving. I carried on laying there and thought about all the things it could of been. A very quiet bomb perhaps or the house was about to fall down?

Anyway because I was sort of only half awake I kind of forgot about it. I have just got up and it turns out it was a fucking earthquake - right here in the UK!!

I have never felt one here before - loads in NZ, but I still didn't put 2 and 2 together when it happened.
