Paysite suggestions

Greets.

I'll make it into points:

1. The party/rave stuff is RARE. 3K photos - is more than enough to start with.

2. If You dont have more start with 2500 and use other 500 for updates. Twice a week or once a week if You can get soon more.

3. Find stories on Your topic (rave and party sex) and negotiate with their authors. Will help a fucking lot.

4. ANY videos - is a must. Downloading a video takes time and therefore raises rebillings.

5. Add ALL You got also. The more You got the better. That includes all photos You got in all niches. And everything as long as it doesnt have other paysites banners on it.

6. Dont add ANY free stuff.
There are TWO ways to earn on a paysite and they dont work well together at all:
a) Rebilling.
b) Inside sales.

I am cracking my head at WHAT You gonna sell good from the inside of a RAVE PARTY paysite.
What's the point? Wont differ much from having simple AVS sites.

And inside sales kill rebilling.

So - the more You got ads inside - the less rebilling You make.

Since You got rare content - it's PERFECT for rebillings.

So - no free shit inside to distract You customers. Let them rebill as long as they can cause basicly because of the fact that Your content is rare - they WILL wish to do stay longer already. Add some inside crap and they just might try to signup there , spend money and ooops...decide to stay on the other paysite.
That easy.

7. Make Your thubms as big and nice as common sense allows and place as few pics on the page as possible.
Like 120on120 thumbs and 6-9 pics per page.

Why? Cause still You got ONLY 3K pics. If You make small thumbs and 20 pics per page - viola Your site can be viewed in seconds.

I agree that having upsells or advertisements in a paysite definately turns members away from renewing. Just make sure that your content is good and you have a lot of it. It is a good idea to add in a variety of types...have some live feeds or voyeur feeds without upsells, your pics, some clips, stories, etc. Everyone wants to see something different...so give it to them.
