OH now this is funny!! Just got off the phone with Charles and we were talking about his guy. I told him that I was all curious now as to why he cancelled etc.
He said that the reason he found this was that he REJOINED! I guess when someone rejoins, Charles goes in and checks to see if the membership had ended with a normal cancellation or a chargeback or whatever. The guy was cleared as a good legit customer so he was let back as a member.
Nice eh?? So he didn't die. 4 years and he must've changed bank accounts or something like that.

yeah that happens to us all the time. The member finally finishes looking at all the content in the site, then cancels for a month or 2 then rejoins to get the latest updates and stays on board for a bit longer then.
