I did call them, and Tyler said he had no intention of paying me. No misunderstandings. I have more credibility than that to go to the boards without first trying to work things out. My point in going to the boards is to show how Tyler and his crew at Smutcash have treated me. All I've been getting from Tyler on the other boards is excuses vs. solutions. I can only go by my experiences with them and share those. No replys to e-mails, no replys to icq's no checks.

Using a different example Bone... Some of the best guys around can be the worst criminals. What are the stats on murder? Something like 90% of murderers know their victims...? Not comparing apples to apples with that.

Good guy to one doesn't meant squat to another. Especially if they are buying you drinks. lol Amazing how the outlook improves with 100 proof drinks!

Rule #1 of business. If your people work for you then make it CLEAR they are not to discuss deals... If they don't know that clearly then they can and will usually be looked at as legal agents of the business in a court of law. And some things are just a moral need to make right. When a misunderstanding happens, the person that carries the responsibility of running the business is expected to make it right. Afterall, if your 'agent' doesn't follow up CLEARLY with details and leaves it hang.... Makes some look bad eh?

Why not split the diff and start over? Prosper one another instead of arguing over the rights and wrongs...

Can we get this straight here.

This lady came to klient (he works for me) 3 weeks ago and told him she had some people that could send large amounts of traffic.
She asked if they could send this traffic, would we pay them $45 per sale. Klient icqed me about it, and I told him only if they send 20 sales a day.

Ok great, these clients did send this traffic the last couple of days.
No problem, when we run our payout then we will pay them. Simple,huh ?

Then yesterday she comes to klient telling him that she gets $5 or 10%. So now its $50 per sale. Remember this is after the sales have come to us.
She wants her cut after the fact. I told her on the phone that I would never have agreed to $50 per sale. Then I asked her to produce some sort of aggrement with Klient. If she could produce an agreement then I would honor this aggrement. She could not do this.
I would have taken a simple email saying you get your %10.
She told me that %10 is industry standard, and that I should have know this. Well I would like to have know this industry standard before any traffic deal was done.

I tried talking with her on the phone. I tried emailing her. Nothing. she is set in her ways.

This is not about smutcash not paying webmasters. This is about a broker who did not set up and deal to get her %'s. Period that is it..

Im not sure how much more I can explain to all of you. Smutcash has been paying webmaster for 3 years.

2. I see this on your site: "We will be paying you $.08 per raw click with no shaving! No Conversions!"

And in your terms (small text link at the bottom of wm signup form).

Sounds conversion-based to me.

1:1000 RAW is a decent traffic ratio for a pay site, but I'm sure that you won't pay $80 a signup for very long. And I send 100,000 clicks in a day and one signup, you'll pay me $8,000 if I display your banner properly? Yeah right.

dont you think there might be something wrong with the traffic?

We dont transfer anyone over but we must put in some kind of clause that stops someone from abusing out system.

Once again I can say smutcash pays.
We have one person here saying bad stuff about them so take it for what it is worth..

This is one program you dont hear bad things about. And like I said they pay me like cock-work.. Uhhh I mean clock.

My answers were I cut a deal with Klient at the beginning of June, Tyler didn't post the entire conversations, and unfortunately I didn't record our phone conversation in early June. What wasn't determined was whether it was a $5 per or 10%. The deal was cut by Klient I've been asking for 3 weeks for stats.


Sounds like Tyler is one hell of guy who doesn't answer e-mails, and knowledges that I sent him webmasters and traffic but mmm I don't deserve any payment for that.

Its not my problem if Klient didn't tell Tyler about any deals he cut. Obviously he wanted to take the credit himself.

This is the way these guys do business I only brought it to the boards because I feel that its my responsibility to let everyone know about my experiences with Smutcash and how they have treated me.

You decide- Let's see I sent them webmasters, was told by Klient to use my ref id, and have been sending e-mails to Klient and Beth regarding checks my client haven't recieved since the 7th of July. I'm not so stupid that I would promote a program - see webfather's comments on oprano and netpond and not expect something in return. This isn't lifestyle for me its a business. That is the difference between me and Tyler.


All I'm seeing from, Tyler are excuses, his solution was to cut the deal to my clients and pay me, mmm sounds fair screw me or screw my clients? Which do you think I should do??

I take care of my clients, soup to nuts always have, always will. I've already found a replacement for SmutCash, and Tyler made it clear he has not intention of doing the right thing, or answering e-mails, or paying my clients unless they drop me. That is how he does business.

Tyler why don't we bring up your history with WowCash.com don't you have a $90K judgement against, mostly because you and your great lawyers didn't bother to show up in court.

BTW mmm didn't know you had to get a webmaster prior approval to give stats on how many have sign up under (its just number no personal information) and how many sign ups have been sent (totals are I'll asked) agian no personal information required.

But hey ugly I'm the bitch who makes 12 people cry at the very thought of me walking into ibill, we get ugly give me your best shot.

I've been willing to comprise and come to an agreement that is fair to clients and fair to me. You want to screw some, go buy a hooker.

You know I've done right by you, by sending webmaster who have sent you traffic, you have never denied that, answer me honestly why I would do that if I didn't expect something in return? Again this is a business for me not a lifestyle.

I'm on the boards for two reasons.

1. you and your staff haven't replied to any of my e-mails.

2. You haven't provided the stats I've requested.

3. I feel that its my responsibility to this industry to share my experinence, good and bad to help other people. That is what it means to be in business.

but for you its about making excuses, why you don't answer emails, why you don't pay pepole, why you don't stand behind deals that your employees make.

Lady,, the icq logs tells us all.. You never set up any deal with us. Period. Yes we did set up a deal with some clients you sent.

Your problem is you assumed some number you should get paid..

I dont have a problem paying you a broker fee. But you have to set this up by telling us what the amount is. Then we both aggree on this. Not sure how much more I can tell you or this community about standard buisness practice.

If you would like to work this out Im willing, but you must give us info on what your broker fee is exactly. Go back and look at the icq logs you sent me.
It clearly shows that we had no idea what you should get paid...

You've gone to my clients and told them you would pay them if they didn't use me? Becauae you won't honor a deal made by your employeee.

But If I did set up some type of buisness deal I would have something in writing.

Dont worry about me. My programs continue to grow. Webmasters done judge who is running the progam they judge how it works for them.

What you are doing is theft, I personally will never do business with you, and I will make sure that every time anybody brings up your name or Klient's name that I will let them know how you have treated me.

No egos here except yours. I learned a valuable lesson from this - don't do business with people who don't know the meaning of business or doing the right thing. Hard lessons learned.

No high horses, just honesty something you don't know about, since all you can do is make excuses, not answer e-mails and screw the people who have been doing right by you.
