and we are just climbing out of that rut

you need to talk about it, because it can be a number of different things, if you have a good family doc, get a hormone level test for both of you

likely it isn't a problem with the male partner, but if you get one (a test too) she won't feel like you are blaming her

stick with it, it probably happens to 99% of couples at some time, but it can and should get better, you just need to work at it, and talk about it

more sex = longer life
